Coupon and Rebate Redemption Guidelines
Qualifying customers wishing to request fulfillment of promotional offers may do so through their dealers or directly through DENTSPLY Canada Ltd. as follows: Rebates
Requests for rebates against new equipment purchases must include a Rebate Application Form along with legible copies of the qualifying invoices. Please allows 6-8 weeks from date of qualified submission. Gift Certificates
Requests for gift certificates must include a cover page outlining your request and providing contact information, and must include legible copies of original qualifying invoices.
